FLOOD REMEDIATION & RESTORATION SERVICES
RESPONSIVE | RELIABLE | VALUE-DRIVEN | THOROUGH
WHEN FACILITY FLOODING OCCURS - TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!
When facility flooding occurs, a fast response time from a knowledgeable crew is critical. Flooding can stem from multiple causes – a burst pipe, overflowing toilets and sewage to torrential rains and leaking roofs. An enormous amount of water damage can occur in a very short amount of time.
V2 Solutions helps flood-damaged buildings recover from:
-
Dangerous electrical hazards
-
Destabilizing structural problems
-
Toxic mold growth
Our comprehensive water damage team takes you from emergency response and containment to recovery fast and efficiently. Because we understand that ”time is money”, we pledge to keep your downtime to the barest minimum that otherwise could severely disrupt day-to-day business.
HAVE A PLAN IN PLACE
Water can be both friend or foe, but if it’s filling up in your property’s ground or lower level, you need help fast! When flooding occurs our specially trained response team arrives quickly to assess the damage, and begin the process of extraction, removal, and dry-out using certified equipment. What’s more, we’re also positioned to repair any resulting damage for a full restoration of the property. And, to help relieve the stress even further, we’ll work seamlessly with your designated insurance company.
Water damage can result from multiple sources, not just heavy rainfall.
These include:
-
Burst Pipe
-
Backed Up Plumbing or Sewers
-
Foundation Water Seepage
-
Rusted Out/Damaged Water Heaters
-
Leaking Roof
-
Leaking Windows
That’s right, unseen and uncontrolled, random air leaks are actually the second leading cause of water damage in buildings. As humid air seeps in, moisture droplets can take root resulting not only in physical damage, but in mold growth and compromised air quality.
Beat the odds by having a healthy building maintenance plan as your best option. Minimize health hazards, lost income, and overall downtime, with a plan that keeps your properties running smoothly.

THE IMPORTANCE OF WORKING WITH AN INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST?
Industrial Hygienists play an important role in flood & mold facility damage assessment. They are the qualified professionals, usually required by insurance, to assess physical, chemical, biological or environmental hazards present in the workplace, work environment or public space that could cause injury or illness. They can also advise how to minimize or control exposure to harmful conditions and hazardous materials. When Industrial Hygienists arrive at a job site, V2 Restoration collaborates closely with them, and then executes the protocols they set forth. These OSHA-compliant professionals establish protocols that V2 implements to eradicate or mitigate unsafe situations. This includes eliminating or controlling building hazards that might negatively impact the overall facility’s functional environment, and/or threaten the health of its occupants.
