MOLD REMOVAL & REMEDIATION PROJECT 
BUFFALO GROVE, IL

Client Request:
Work should be done with minimal or no client personnel in the work areas, possible weekend and off hours work. (Note: weekend rates with remediation firms). Possible phased cleanings, and multiple mobilizations. The HVAC system servicing the affected area should be shut down during the cleaning.

Remediation Contractor:
Secure an articulating lift bucket/scissor lift, remediation worker to be lift operator certified, cover the machine with poly and work within a regulated area, multiple remediation workers in bucket in PPE and poly on the floor under the working areas. HEPA Vacuum on lift used in conjunction while wiping away and bagging mold affected areas. Space with affected HVAC ducting: Clean with light cleaner/soap/surfactant - microbial solution / HEPA Vac / Wet Wipe / Treat. TRC onsite with contractor to verify-visually clear.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

Clean all vents and exterior duck work that is affected by growth.

  1. Set up plastic on floor and over items on floor level hang plastic where possible covering lift as much as possible
     

  2. Seal vents and returns note is this to be done to all ductwork each workday in the are being worked in
     

  3. Pre vacuum with HEPA vacuums
     

  4. Spray cleaner on to affected areas and wipe down with Bioesque® Botanical Disinfectant
     

  5. Post vacuum with clean vacuum bags
     

  6. Final spray with Bioesque® Botanical Disinfectant
     

  7. End of day clean up plastic vacuum floor and mop with cleaner
     

  8. All trash to be placed in bags in designate area and removed at end of each day


NOTE: V2 will only clean the exterior of the duct work, NOT the interiors
